We value your feedback and are trying to make Flashframe as great as possible. Please provide as much detail as possible on how we can make Flashframe better!
We'd love to help you find a great photo. If you can't find a photo by your bib number, we suggest you look at the photos that may be you. Otherwise, use these steps to search by finishing time by time of day. We suggest you use a computer and, if possible, Google Chrome as your browser.
1. In the top right corner, select the position of photos you'd like to search.
2. In the middle of the screen, select "Advanced Search," a dropdown should appear.
3. Drag the slider to the approximate time of day that you passed the position (Note that the slider is in 24 hour time). The photos will be filtered to the relevant time period you selected.

If you're emailing about finding a photo, you MUST include your finishing time, bib number, and race name. Requests without the appropriate information may not be responded to, otherwise you can expect a response within 24 businesss hours (9-5 M-F).
